Do I need an OpenAPI account?

No. To make it easier for you, you can use the Word WandAI commercial account. All data is kept private as per OpenAI's privacy policy https://openai.com/policies/privacy-policy 

Can I add my own OpenAPI account?

Currently, to make it easier for our users so they don't need to go through the time-consuming process of creating an OpenAPI account, all accounts use the Word WandAI commercial OpenAI account. We will be releasing functionality where users will have the option of using their own OpenAPI account.

Data protection is very important to us. Word WandAI uses commercial API access to connect with OpenAI, which means all the information is kept private and not used to train the AI. Effectively it means each request is submitted and answered, that is all. Unlike the public version which is collected and used by the OpenAI company. The UI of the functionality bar is cut off, how do I fix this?

If the UI of the functionality bar is cut off, it is because of your internet browser zoom. Please try adjusting this to 100%. If the problem continues please contact our support team via contact@wordwandai.com

The AI requests are taking longer than ChatGPT? Why?

The speed of the AI requests is the same as using ChatGPT manually. Normally it takes between 4-10 seconds. It may appear slower because the return request only appears once the entire AI process has been completed. With the public version of ChatGPT, the user can visually see the AI compose the message, so it may feel quicker but the time taken to complete the entire process is the same.

I would like to upgrade from Growth to Profressional, how do I do this?

As the Zendesk admin on your account, navigate to the Word WandAI app (Located on the right-hand panel when on the support dashboard view), click on the Admin tab, then click on Manage Billing. You will be taken to your subscription management tab. From there you can select the Professional and subscribe to the plan. Go through the purchase process and your account will be upgraded. 

I would like to cancel, how do I do this?

As the Zendesk admin on your account, navigate to the Word WandAI app (Located on the right-hand panel when on the support dashboard view), click on the Admin tab, then click on Manage Billing. You will be taken to your subscription management tab. From there you can select Cancel Plan. Go through the prompts and your account will end based on your billing date.
